Consulted with clients deploying BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO) and BMC Transaction Management Application Response Time (TM-ART) Tools. This includes server/software deployment, design of automation workflows/scripts, integration with external tools, and production deployment.

Dell Services (formerly Perot Systems), Plano, TX

Developed LAMP based solution to monitor discreet transaction runs through BMC Atrium Orchestrator. Designed and built a solution to extract incident ticket information from an ITIL tool, and then route and invoke workflows on multiple runbook automation infrastructures.

Systems Integration Specialist

Managed proof of concepts on tools for the Distributed Systems Automation team. This includes every aspect from technical evaluation, deployment design, and production implementation.

Systems Integration Analyst

Developed a software quality assurance service to monitor applications using synthetic user transactions. This included managing Windows servers, firewall rules, hardware installs as well as developing coding standards for testing scripts. Deconstructed client/server communication for HL7, HTTP, and Citrix for building test scripts.
